INTRODUCTION

Attractor Field Techniques (AFT) are different than any other method of dealing with physical illness that you have experienced. No matter what form of alternative approach you have tried to this point in time, no matter how different from conventional medicine the alternative approach seemed, it most likely holds in common with medicine the belief that the cause and prevention of illness is rooted in the physical world. It is the things that we eat, drink, and inhale that are seen to matter: medications, herbs, or nutritional supplements are the path to health and well being. AFT is based on an entirely different view of the world. Both mystics and quantum physicists alike share this view: cause is in the non-material. What we experience is the effect, not the cause.

Cause is found in the energetic forces that we inadvertently create while thinking. The unseen and overlooked energy of our brain, driven by habitual thoughts and memories, is the source of the energy that heals or hurts us. The energy of our thoughts is the mind-body connection.
